Turn on message filtering.

Your iPhone needs your permission to let BaitBlock filter texts. Turn it on once in Settings, and your phone can start checking eligible messages.

    Open your iPhone’s Settings app.

    Tap Apps, then Messages.

  3. 3

    Under Unknown Senders, turn on Screen Unknown Senders.

    Tap Text Message Filter.

  5. 5

    Choose BaitBlock, then confirm with Use.

A quick heads-up.

iPhone setting names may vary by iOS version. Screening unknown senders can silence other unknown-sender messages too. Check your filtered lists regularly.

BaitBlock cannot verify this setting from inside the app. Return to Settings to check that BaitBlock is selected.
